Leadership and Founders

The governance of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland–Moldova is composed of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in law, public administration, economics and international cooperation. Each member contributes to advancing structured economic relations and institutional dialogue between Switzerland, Moldova and partner countries.

President

Igor Borovicov
Provides strategic vision and institutional leadership for the Chamber. Oversees the development of key cooperation frameworks and ensures alignment of activities with the Chamber’s mandate of fostering sustainable economic ties and institutional engagement.

Director for Construction

Andrii Holubiev
Responsible for coordinating cooperation in the field of construction and infrastructure projects, as well as for developing business relations. Possesses significant experience in legal advisory and interaction with public authorities and business communities in Ukraine, CIS countries and Turkey. Participates in the development of partnership initiatives and facilitates professional dialogue between international institutions and representatives of the private sector.

Vice President

Vlad Antipin
The Vice President has extensive experience in business development and international cooperation. He previously served as an Advisor on International Relations to the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Administration in Ukraine. He has participated in various international platforms focused on dialogue and economic cooperation, contributing to the development of cross-border partnerships and strengthening business relations.

Honorary
President

Ion Chicu
Economist and former Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova (2019–2020). With a background in public finance and executive governance, he brings expertise in government leadership, economic policy and institutional planning. Mr. Chicu continues to contribute institutional insight and strategic perspective to the Chamber’s activities.

Technical Director

Anton Cherednichenko
Responsible for the operational and technical implementation of the Chamber’s priorities, including coordination of internal processes, project support and logistical oversight.

Representative of the Chamber in the Republic of Moldova

Vladimir Bordian
A practicing attorney based in Chisinau with professional experience in law enforcement and international legal practice. He previously served within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova and later gained experience working with attorneys and notaries in Switzerland. He provides legal support to international companies and investors operating in Moldova and assists the Chamber in legal and institutional matters.

Charity Director

Olena Reutter
Businesswoman and Charity Director of the Chamber, actively engaged in international philanthropic initiatives. She has participated in programs aligned with United Nations principles, supporting sustainable development and humanitarian projects.
